Privacy Policy

When you use one of our public forms — the general contact form, a sale inquiry, a booking/viewing request, or an off-plan project inquiry — we collect the information you provide directly:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number (where provided)
• Your message and any details about the property or project you're asking about

We don't collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through these forms.

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Assign your inquiry to the right sales consultant or agent
• Follow up with you about the property, project, or service you asked about

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for purposes unrelated to the inquiry you submitted.

Some buttons on this site (e.g. "Chat on WhatsApp") open a WhatsApp conversation with our team directly in your own WhatsApp app — we don't send anything on your behalf without you reviewing and sending it yourself. The pre-filled message may include details about the specific property you were viewing (such as its reference number and a link back to it), so our team knows what you're asking about. Once sent, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices as well as ours.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart and reports aggregated figures to us; we don't use it for advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or with a browser extension that opts out of Google Analytics.

Our contact and booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-protection check that may set its own security cookies. The site also remembers a few of your choices — such as saved properties, recently viewed listings and your preferred results view — in your browser's local storage, on your own device rather than in an account.

Staff sign-in (our internal dashboard) and the owner portal use a session cookie set by our authentication provider, Supabase Auth, purely to keep you signed in between page loads. This cookie is only set once you actively sign in, and only applies to those signed-in areas of the site.

You can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason
